This guide will go over each field or section of the Recording tab in the Vertical Plugin settings.
This field is used to set a unique path for your vertical recordings.
Default Value: 6000 Kbps
Use this field to set the video bitrate you wish to record at with the Vertical plugin when using the main OBS encoder settings.

Default Value: None
Use these to bind a hotkeys on your keyboard to quickly start/stop recording on demand! You can also manually click the stream start/stop record button below the vertical canvas to start a recording.

Some users may experience issues using hotkeys with OBS when the application is not in focus. If you’re playing a game that is running in Admin mode, you’ll need to run OBS in Admin mode as well for hotkeys to work properly.
You’ll also want to make sure your ‘Hotkey Focus Behavior’ is set to ‘Never Disable Hotkeys’ in the Main OBS settings under the Advanced tab.
