You are using an outdated version of the Aitum Vertical plugin.
The Aitum team can only provide support if you are using the latest version of the plugin, as this ensures you have all the latest features & fixes that we’ve made.
To get the latest version, you can always use the following link:

Run the installer, and install the plugin in the same folder as last time (your OBS plugins folder). It will overwrite your existing installation. You should restart OBS to complete the update.
